Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and Reldava Tech for the use of ReldavaBot. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that company.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Reldava Tech ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

What the Service is

ReldavaBot lets you build chat assistants that answer from material you provide, and publish them through a widget on your website, a share link, or messaging channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. It also offers an interface for your own software to use, described under "The API" below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got in.

An organization is the unit that owns bots, content, billing and members. The person who creates it is its owner and can invite others as admins or members. Owners and admins can spend credits, change plans and connect accounts on the organization's behalf.

Plans and credits

The Service is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. What each plan includes - the number of bots, the storage, the monthly credit allowance and the features - is on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

Usage of AI models is measured in credits. Every reply your bots generate, and every piece of content we index, consumes credits from your plan's monthly allowance, at a rate that depends on the model in use. Your dashboard shows what has been spent.

When an allowance is exhausted, bots stop generating replies until the allowance resets at the start of your next period or you move to a plan with a larger one. Your content and configuration are untouched by this.

Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; where we must charge VAT or a similar tax, it is added at checkout.

Trial

Where a plan offers a trial, it runs for the period stated at checkout and converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel first. One trial per organization.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active, and your bots keep working, until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are not refundable, including for partial periods and for credits that went unused. This does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

If a payment fails, we will retry it and tell you. If it keeps failing, we may downgrade the organization to the free plan, which reduces its limits but does not delete its content.

Enterprise

Enterprise arrangements are agreed with us directly and may vary these terms in writing. Where a signed order form or agreement conflicts with this page, that document wins.

Your content

Your content stays yours. Uploading it to ReldavaBot gives us no ownership of it.

To run the Service we need permission to handle it, so you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, index and process your content, and to send it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, purely to operate the Service for you. The licence lasts as long as you keep the content in the Service and ends when you delete it. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not allow our providers to.

You promise that you have the right to give us the content you connect, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that where it contains personal data you have a lawful basis for putting it there and for what your bot then does with it.

Your bots and the people who talk to them

A bot you publish speaks to your visitors, in your name, on your site or channel. That conversation is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

You are the controller of your visitors' personal data. You must give them your own privacy notice, covering the chat and any lead form you enable, and obtain any consent your law requires.

Language models generate text that can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when the underlying material is correct. Nothing a bot says is our advice. Do not use the Service where a wrong answer could cause harm to health, safety, legal standing or finances without a qualified human checking it first, and do not present bot output as professional advice.

Acceptable use

None of the following is permitted.

  • Breaking the law, or helping anyone else to.
  • Uploading content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone's intellectual property.
  • Processing special categories of personal data - health, biometrics and the like - without telling us first and agreeing terms for it.
  • Building a bot that impersonates a person or an organization in a way likely to deceive.
  • Generating or spreading material that harasses, defames or discriminates, or that sexualises minors.
  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages through a connected channel.
  • Probing, scanning or circumventing our security, or working around plan limits, rate limits or credit accounting.
  • Reselling the Service, or exposing it as a competing product, without our written agreement.
  • Deliberately overwhelming the Service, or using it in a way that degrades it for others.

Where you connect a third-party channel or account, that provider's own rules apply to you as well - Telegram, Meta, Google, Microsoft and Dropbox each have their own terms, and losing access to one of them is between you and them.

The API

Paid plans that include it may use our API with a token you create. Tokens act for your organization and carry the permissions you choose, so treat one like a password. Requests are rate limited by plan; the limits and the endpoints are documented in the dashboard.

We may change the API with reasonable notice for breaking changes. Automating around a rate limit, or using a token beyond the organization it belongs to, is a breach of these terms.

Availability, changes and suspension

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level commitment on the plans sold from our pricing page. We may change or discontinue features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend an organization immediately where we reasonably believe it is being used to break the law, to abuse the Service or its providers, or where an account is being used in a way that endangers other customers. We will tell you why and, where the cause can be fixed, what would lift it. We may also suspend for non-payment, after telling you.

Termination and what happens to your data

You may stop at any time: cancel the subscription, or delete the account outright from your profile page. Deleting the account erases it and everything the organizations you own contain, immediately and irreversibly - see our Privacy Policy for the exact scope and the two operational records that survive.

We may terminate this agreement if you materially breach it and, where the breach can be fixed, do not fix it within 14 days of us asking. On termination your right to use the Service ends; amounts already due remain due.

Export your content before you delete anything. We cannot recover it afterwards.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that answers generated by a language model will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You will defend us against claims brought by a third party arising from your content, your bots' output, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law, and you will cover the damages and reasonable costs finally awarded.

Third-party services

The Service connects to services we do not control. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for what they do with data you send them under your own agreement with them. Their terms are between you and them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before it takes effect.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stands and that provision is applied as far as it can be. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and our pricing page, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where its intellectual property or confidential information is at risk. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.
